HTS enologia introduces BIONICA®, the innovative equipment that enables to monitor automatically the fermentation performance, both in alcoholic and second fermentations.BIONICA®, monitoring constantly the CO2 production, collects and analyses the information concerning the fermentation process, ensuring the optimal nutrients supply to the yeast in the quantity and time necessary to perform a correct, complete and regular alcoholic fermentation. The technician can, at any time, receive detailed reports from the remote device concerning the ongoing fermentation process; he can eventually modify or reprogram the setting of the activities that BIONICA® will perform with precision and safety.

BIONICA® SPARK is the specific version for the control, the management and the dosing of the yeast nutrients and oxygen in second fermentation and sparkling production process in autoclave.
BIONICA® SPARK, besides monitoring the second fermentations and sparkling production process, it enables to record and control automatically the whole fermentation process. It allows also to set and control the autoclave temperature, the oxygen and yeast nutrients dosing, the stirrer and the overpressure management in autoclave or eventually to optimize the pressure in the pre-bottling.
BIONICA® SPARK allows to automatically estimate and monitor easily the quantity of sugar to be converted in open tank, monitoring at the same time its consumption. Moreover, it can also monitor and manage the fermentation speed, adjusting the mBar/h of CO2, allowing to choose the fermentation duration and to check yeasts health.
BIONICA® SPARK allows to intervene with modifications and adjustments of the single parameters; all the process functions are in fact interrelated but, optionally, they can be programmed individually every time it is required, also through remote device.

It manages autonomously the whole fermentation process and the nutrients and oxygen supply, in the way and time necessary to perform a correct, complete and regular alcoholic fermentation.
• Starting from the must or wine analysis, it defines, thanks to its easy to use management software, the amount of nutrient and oxygen which should be dosed in the medium that has to be fermented.
